“Who in the world am I? Ah, that’s the great puzzle.” ― Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland
Authentically, who am I? Especially when you strip away the labels given to us such as Mother, Father, Sister, Brother, Wife, Husband, Daughter, Son, “The Good Child”, “The Bad Child”. How about the “easy child to raise” or the “difficult child”. What about “The shy one” or “The loud one…” Labels, labels, labels. Ugh!
We get to challenge the labels and consciously decide our own truth and authenticity. We get to define
ourselves FOR ourselves. It’s called self-esteem. We can learn it and practice it by rejecting the labels and defining our own truth.
If you would like to find yourself and not stay lost down the rabbit hole as Alice in Wonderland did, give me a call at my San Diego office to set up your coaching counseling appointment today! 619-687-9013
