“How puzzling all these changes are! I’m never sure what I’m going to be, from one minute to another.”
― Lewis Carroll, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland
Who are you? It is a great question to ask yourself. We change as we grow older and life circumstances happen. It is good to question yourself, your identity, your values and your beliefs every once in a while or when a big changes happens in life.
When you stop and ask yourself a few questions it can get you to evaluate if you have been living on mute, or in an unconscious or semi-conscious state. It can get you thinking about what you value and what your beliefs are and to make sure that you are congruent with your actions. That means are your actions supporting you and your values and beliefs or are they out of sync? You may say that you want a committed relationship with your spouse, but you spend all of your free time alone or out with friends or only with your kids. So go on. Ask yourself who you are. What do you value? What are your beliefs?
