“Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced.” ~Soren Kierkegaard
When we go around thinking that life is a problem or that we have so many problems, we miss out on the joy and happiness of experiencing the “now”. If we can reframe the “problem” as an opportunity to learn and grow, the “problem” loses it’s grip over us. Our fear diminishes as our brain starts to work out solutions instead of focusing on the problem and we an let go and experience the reality of today.
Sometimes we need an objective person to help us come up with solutions or to learn new skills and tools to move forward in our lives. If you are interested in learning new ways of thinking, give me a call today at my San Diego office to see if the coaching counseling style I use in therapy is a fit for you! 619-698-9013.
