It might possibly be one of the hardest tasks in life…figuring out who you are authentically and then having your thoughts, feelings and behaviors support your individuality. We have so many influences “telling” us overtly and covertly, who we “should” be. It is our job to reject the lies and shine brightly as our individual selves.

The wisdom of this quote goes so far back in time it blows my mind! The reminder to work on being yourself rather than someone else is valuable indeed. Be authentic and true to yourself and you cannot go wrong! Let others define you and you become a copy…My affirmation for the day it “Be true to me not you”.
