You also get the therapeutic input to gain insight into patterns of behavior and understand why you cannot make the changes that you want or reach the goals that you desire.
Really, if it was so easy to make changes, I would not struggle with the damn 10 extra pounds that yo-yo in my life. I KNOW what I am supposed to do, eat health, exercise…yadda yadda.
